Our partnerships range from strategic collaborations projects, joint ventures to direct investment by Core42. Responsibilities Financial Planning and Analysis:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-range financial plans.
Ownership of analytical side of budget and forecast activity i.e. review and provide monthly financial analysis to senior management post-closing, including variance analysis, monthly forecasts and comparing actuals vs. budget.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
Design and populate templates, forms, and dashboards. Ensure uniformity of data & methodologies.
Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement efforts across projects; departments; Overheads; OPEX & CAPEX.

Business Partnership

Collaborate closely with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and improve financial performance.
Support ERP, Budgeting & Reporting tools design and implementation efforts.
Work on process improvement projects along with other finance teams as advised by leadership.

Other Responsibilities

Comply with applicable laws, regulations, international standards and related G42 Policies and Procedures.
Comply with G42 Acceptable Use Policy, attend mandatory information security, privacy, business continuity and HSE trainings.
Report information security, HSE etc. incidents or suspect incidents through G42 established incident reporting channels.
Maintain confidentiality of information and classify and handle information as per G42 Policies and Procedures.
Ensure that all design deliverables are delivered on time, and within scope and budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required.
Accounting designation such as CA/CIMA/ACCA is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role in international corporations, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize learning and understanding of the business in order to effectively support forecasting and reporting of financial and operational results.
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modelling tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
Outstanding communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of FP&A functional mission and goals, experience of being part of teams in fast-paced environments.
