KTV Station Manager

1. In charge of the day-to-day operation and administration of the club's solution, group, safety, etc.
2. In charge of the function of club members, collect participants' feedback promptly, and integrate and enhance service details.
3. Strictly apply the firm's guidelines and internal procedures.
4. Communicate closely with the firm, regularly report business status, enhance group procedures, submit data statistics, and complete the work of the team.

1. Skilled in Mandarin and able to conduct basic English conversations. Proficiency in English is a plus.
2. Possess good character and appearance, strong affinity, hardworking, and considerate.
3. Experience in service management in high-end establishments such as whisky bars is preferred.
4. Thorough understanding of tobacco and alcohol business fundamentals, knowledge of how to taste cigars and alcohol, and having sommelier certification is an advantage.
