The Digital Transformation Engagement Lead Associate Director is a strategic role within our team, focused on driving digital transformation initiatives for our clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in digital technologies, market strategies, and business transformation. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance client performance and competitiveness. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for digital transformation projects.
  2. Lead client engagements, from initial consultation through to implementation and optimization.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improvement.
  4. Analyse market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
  5. Deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our digital transformation capabilities and value propositions.
  6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  7. Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, and Engagement Lead experience.
  3. Strong understanding of digital technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, cloud computing) and their application in business contexts.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and driving measurable business outcomes.
  7. A strong passion for closing deals and winning clients is essential.

  8. Excellent track record of project/team leadership and related achievements.
  9. Ability to take ownership of project module structuring and planning work to deliver desired results.
  10. Ability to conceptualize and communicate strategic solutions to other team members and senior clients.
  11. Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams is a plus.
