The role's responsibilities include the administration and support of various collaboration platforms and custom applications used for day-to-day activities. The area of focus is both functional and technical which will include business process analysis, application configuration, application integrations, end user support, and solving complex technical problems.Responsibilities:Manage and Support both SAAS and Custom applications to maintain high availability application services to provide users with the tools and data needed to do their jobs effectively.Manage and Support Internal Ticket EscalationsGeneral to Complex technology support including troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day issues, and root cause analysis of sustaining issuesIndependently debug and resolve complex application issues and problemsMonitor and assist in managing open user forumsProvide application best practice guidance to end usersManage Application Functionality Updates, Integrations, Configurations, Releases and Security SettingsOnboard/Offboard user licenses for select applicationsWork on sustaining issues, enhancements, and projectsDevelop, update, and implement policies and procedures to maintain best practices across the team's portfolioPartner with IT resources in the overall strategy, design, operation, and continual improvement of applications servicesListed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position.
