TA Operations Specialist [TA & Reporting]

Experience working within a recruitment team and / or operations.Proficiency in analyzing and presenting data using MS Office tools, including Word and Excel.Proficiency in analyzing and presenting data using Power BI Tool.Any experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (specifically Greenhouse) is a bonus.Support the short and long-term transition plans for the TA Operations team's global operational systems, tools, and processes across the organization which support the overall transition and stand up activity.Pull and distribute recruiting metrics for internal organizational stakeholders (i.e., HRBP, Recruiters, etc.)Assist with vendor partnerships to create and manage resource strategies, execute project plans and obtain data to support recruitment activities.Partner with the HR Reporting & Analytic team to design comprehensive reporting and metrics that provide timely and valuable information for the team.Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of mission-critical enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) reports, Excel Reports, and other tools working with cross-functional teams.
