Your role will be responsible for maintaining and standardizing identity solutions for IAM tools within the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and compliance of the organizations systems and data by managing user identities, access privileges and permissions effectively.Youll collaborate with key stakeholders such as our Corporate IT team and vendors which equips our workforce with the latest technology, and our dynamic technology team, which drives innovation and maintains the infrastructure that delivers outstanding value to our customers. For more information,click here.What You Will DoAs an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring access controls and ensuring that Kenvue assets are secure and protected from unauthorized access. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor identity lifecycle management, role-based access controls, and federated identity solutions. In this role, you will also help to develop policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.You will have the opportunity to dive deep into identity governance, provisioning, and authentication, helping Kenvue implement best practices and stay ahead of potential threats. The position requires a balance between technical skills, analytical capabilities, and interpersonal collaboration to manage the growing needs of our business securely.Key Responsibilities:Provide assurance for user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and recertification processes across Kenvue systems.Validate adherence to Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM).Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, HR, and application owners, to define and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models.Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and documentation, ensuring they are communicated across the organization.Provide end-user support for identity and access issues, troubleshooting authentication problems and ensuring proper configurations.Stay informed about the latest IAM trends, technologies, and threats to help evolve Kenvues security strategies.Promote a self-organizing team structure, encouraging ownership, accountability, and efficient delivery of identified goals.Drive collaboration and effective communication across cybersecurity workstreams.Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless project delivery.Define and track success metrics (KPIs) and maintain SLAs such as project / initiative health, roadmap/schedule adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.Support the development and continuous improvement of process and communication frameworks across the product portfolio; communicate plans, progress, and issues effectively to stakeholders.Leverage analytics skills and tools such as ServiceNow dashboards, Jira, and Power BI to analyze and report on operations performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.Leverage analytical skills to devise creative solutions and support teams with unique needs and work responsibilities that may not align to traditional product or agile management practices.What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in IAM Operations or related roles.Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Beyond Trust, IGA, Azure AD, Active Directory, PingID, SSO, ARS, Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management.Strong understanding of Agile practices.Exceptional documentation and communication skills.Proficiency in analytics and reporting, with experience using a variety of analytics tools.Familiarity with change management practices, ticketing systems, and project management platforms such as ServiceNow(CMDB) and Jira.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Information Technology)Pharma Background (Good to have)Creating & Publishing reports on ServiceNowGood Presentation skills.Desired QualificationsFamiliarity or experience with IAM(PAM) & cybersecurity concepts(Firewall, IRM, Foresenic).
