We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will play a vital role in driving HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives of the company.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and valuesManage the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related issues, such as performance management, employee relations, and complianceOversee the administration of benefits and compensation programs, including the design and implementation of new programsLead employee engagement and retention initiatives to ensure a positive and productive work environmentCollaborate with the leadership team to identify and address workforce trends and opportunities for improvement
Job Specification
