To be successful, you will have solid problem-solving skills.All duties and requirements are dedicated to the field of metal machining, sheet metal, molds, and mechanical parts designing and machining.Typical duties include:Working with colleagues to develop a design briefUsing mathematical knowledge and skills to design solutionsResearching whether the design will work and be cost-effectiveAssessing and testing the usability, environmental impact, and safety of a designUsing computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) software to create prototypes (SolidWorks & Ansys)Collecting and analyzing data from tests on prototypesModifying designs and retesting themManaging the development process, including tracking progress and costs, and keeping clients informedDeveloping operating strategies, plans, or proceduresEvaluating the quality of materials or productsSetting and monitoring product standards, examining samples of raw materials or directing testing during processing to ensure finished products are of prescribed qualityReviewing processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and deadlinesDeveloping or implementing production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or operational reports to detect production problemsCoordinating procedures for machine maintenance or modificationJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineeringManagerial experience in production machinery, processes, and standardsKnowledge of CNC machines, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenanceDocumentation and organization skillsCertified expert in SolidWorks is a mustPreferred certified in CAM and Ansys softwarePreferred certified as a Lead Auditor8-10 years of experience in the same fieldEgyptians only who have never worked outside EgyptPackage: 13K-17K SAR based on interview evaluation, including car and accommodation allowancesResponsibilitiesLead the entire production cycleAchieve monthly production objectivesEvaluate the quality of materials or productsDevelop operating strategies, plans, or proceduresMust HaveBachelor's Degree or HigherSolidWorks Expert CertificateHighly creative and autonomousValid for work in Saudi ArabiaNice to HavePMP CertificateCAM/Ansys certified userLead Auditor CertifiedStrong analytical skillsWhat's Great in the Job?Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open cultureNo dumb managers, no stupid tools to use, no rigid working hoursNo waste of time in enterprise processes, real responsibilities, and autonomyExpand your knowledge of various business industriesCreate content that will help our users on a daily basisReal responsibilities and challenges in a fast-evolving companyWhat We OfferEach employee has a chance to see the impact of their work.
