Role Description We are seeking an experienced Bioinformatics Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate would have at least 4 years of experience working with next-generation sequencing (NGS) data and bioinformatics pipeline development. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize bioinformatics pipelines for NGS data analysis.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot scalable and reproducible workflows for high-throughput sequencing data.
• Utilize software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration, to ensure robustness and maintainability of pipelines.
• Deploy, manage, and automate bioinformatics applications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, biologists, and software developers to integrate tools and support research projects.
• Document workflows, write technical reports, and contribute to scientific publications.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with NGS data analysis.
• Proven experience in bioinformatics pipeline development using tools such as Nextflow, Snakemake, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in bioinformatics, such as Python, R, or Bash.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform for deploying and managing applications.
