Retail Pharmacist (Pahang)

This position is required to lead pharmacy operations, ensuring excellent customer service, sales achievement, and staff development. Responsibilities:

1. Provide medication review, dispensing, health screening, consultation and counselling services
2. Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with customers
3. Manage and oversee outlet operation, aligning to company branding & business strategy
4. Promote intensive range and category of products in fulfilling customer needs
5. Lead the outlet staffs as a team to achieve sales KPI
6. Perform poison & inventory control
7. Managing good poison recording and scheduled poison-related issues
8. Perform internal and external training for continuous professional development
9. Stay up to date on market trends i.e. medication, product knowledge and latest pharmacology finding
10. Participate in company promotional activities as required

1. Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia
2. Well versed in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage
3. Candidates with no retail experience are welcomed to apply as training will be provided
4. Able to perform shift duties and willing to relocate
5. Continuous learning, refreshing and keeping knowledge up to date
6. Possess positive thinking, self-initiative, sustainable passion towards pharmacy practice
7. Good understanding of pharmacy’s relevant laws and regulations
8. Extend genuine warmth to customers, focus on medication safety
9. Flexibility in tasks allocation and open-minded to accept new technologies and challenges
10. Market sensitive with strong commercial awareness
11. Great passion for contributing towards society via various channels, including corporate social responsibility projects, school talks or health promotions.
