Location: Dehradun Industry: Healthcare Recruitment Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our Healthcare Recruitment team. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing and recruiting qualified nurses for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping healthcare professionals find meaningful opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Talent: Identify and source qualified US-based nurses for open healthcare positions through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential candidates through calls, texts, and emails to gauge their interest and suitability for available roles.
- Job Posting: Post job listings on various job boards, ensuring they reach the appropriate candidates and highlight the key aspects of each role.
- Screening Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Maintaining Candidate Database: Update and maintain an organized database of candidates and job postings for efficient tracking and follow-ups.
- Freshers with a keen interest in recruitment, healthcare, or human resources.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to engage with US-based candidates effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using MS Office, job boards, or recruitment platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry or recruitment processes.
- Prior internship or experience in recruitment or human resources (preferred but not mandatory).
