The Robot Programmer + Operator ensuring robotic systems perform tasks such as welding, assembly, material handling, packaging. The role involves programming industrial ABB, Fanuc, Panasonic, Delta, Yaskawa and many more robots, maintaining their functionality, and troubleshooting issues to optimize efficiency in the production line. The candidate must work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt robotic operations to evolving production needs. Experience : Min 4+ yrs. Qualification : Graduate Electronic/Robotics or Any Engineering. Critical Skills and Requirements :
- Machine Tending with industrial robots.
- O/L system integration with handling, welding and assembly Robots.
- Knowledge of system controls. (PLC, communication protocols, I/O’s, etc.)
- Offline & Online Programming
- Trouble shooting/Maintenance
- Ability to program multiple robots in a cell with zoning.
- Keen in understanding the process knowledge
- Knowledge of safety standards for system integration
- Program Robots.
- Integrate Robot with other automation equipment and system
- Conduct testing and debugging of robotic system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issue with Robotic system.
- Responsible for maintaining overall optimized system in plant.
- System integration and robot programming
- Training and developing a pool of robot operators.
