We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive or Assistant Manager to oversee operations and customer relationships. Responsibilities Operational Management: Oversee daily freight forwarding operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective shipment handling. Customer Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships. Team Leadership: Guide and support junior staff, ensuring effective team collaboration and performance. Documentation & Compliance: Manage shipping instructions, customs clearance, and compliance with regulations. Cost Control: Monitor operational costs and identify areas for efficiency improvements. Process Improvement: Contribute to process optimizations and best practices. Requirements Experience: 3-5 years in freight forwarding/logistics, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Skills: Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes, customer service, and logistics software. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related field. Additional Info Salary: Competitive, based on experience. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
