Plan and fulfill recruitment timelines.
Utilize various platforms to attract skilled professionals for various organizational profiles.
Discuss existing organizational requirements to conduct an efficient talent hiring process.
Work with concerned management to develop accurate job profile descriptions as per requirements.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.

Skills

Excellent communication skills.
A keen eye for minute details with enthusiasm to provide efficient sourcing solutions.
Skilled professional with a sound understanding of recruitment timelines and onboarding processes.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
Proficient in planning candidate selection rounds as per suggestions of top-level management.
Bachelor's degree holder with a proven record of academic, internship, or work experience in hiring and recruitment activities.
