تفاصيل الوظيفة
الوصف يخطط ويؤدي المهام التي تتضمن تدفقات استقبال وشحن البضائع، والاحتفاظ بسجلات جرد دائمة، مع ضمان فائدة الفريق والأجهزة والمعدات. المسؤوليات:
- الاحتفاظ بالسجلات اليومية للبضائع الداخلية / الخارجية باستخدام أنظمة MS Office و ERP.
- ضمان سرعة الإفادة ودقتها.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- إدارة العمال ومراقبة تقدمهم، والقدرة على تحديد أولويات الطلبات المستلمة.
- تحديد السلع التي تحتاج إلى معاملة خاصة ولديك المنطق لتحديد كيفية متابعة الاستفسارات.
- التأكد من أن جميع البضائع في متناول اليد بناءً على طلب العميل.
- ضمان تلبية الطلبات وجودة البضائع.
- كن على دراية باحتياجات استهلاك المستودعات، مثل اللوازم المكتبية وإصلاح المعدات والمتابعة حتى يتم تسليم الطلب.
- سعودي فقط.
- دبلوم / بكاليوس.
- Maintain receipt and records of daily in/out goods using MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ensure timing and accuracy of response.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Manage workers and monitor their progress, and be able to prioritize received orders.
- Determine which goods need special treatment and have the logic to decide how to proceed with inquiries.
- Ensure that all goods are on hand based on customer demand.
- Assure fulfillment and quality of goods.
- Be aware of warehouse consumption needs, such as office supplies and equipment repairs, and follow up until the request is delivered.
- Saudi only.
- Diploma / Bachelor.
