Position Brief: The IT Services Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team, driving strategic sales and business development initiatives for the company’s IT services in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets while fostering relationships with public sector clients and leveraging expertise with platforms like Etimad . The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive experience in managing high-value accounts and large-scale government projects. This is a challenging and rewarding role designed for a results-oriented sales leader with a track record of delivering growth in competitive markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership : Develop, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Strategic Planning : Design and implement sales strategies to capture opportunities in the public sector and private enterprises, aligning with market trends.
  • Key Account Management : Build and maintain executive-level relationships with government entities, system integrators, and private sector leaders.
  • Etimad Expertise : Oversee and guide the team in managing bidding processes through the Etimad platform, ensuring compliance and successful outcomes.
  • Revenue Generation : Drive the sales pipeline, ensuring the closure of large-scale deals and long-term contracts.
  • Team Development : Mentor and train sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and tools to excel.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., technical, marketing, operations) to deliver compelling proposals, manage RFP responses, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Expansion : Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s reach within Saudi Arabia.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen the brand and generate new leads.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of IT services, including software solutions, infrastructure, and consulting.
  • Proven expertise in working with public sector clients and navigating government procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in using platforms like Etimad for bidding and tender management.
  • Advanced negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Expertise in CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
Qualifications:
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Advanced certifications in sales, leadership, or business development are a plus.
  • Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT services sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-value public sector projects and large-scale accounts in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience working with system integrators and semi-government IT service providers.
Other Requirements:
  • Saudi nationality is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid residency (Iqama) for non-Saudi candidates, with eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
  • Full-time position, with frequent travel within Saudi Arabia for client meetings and industry events.
  • Office-based role, with occasional remote collaboration as needed.
