The Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day transportation operations, coordinating logistics, ensuring efficient communication with drivers, and maintaining transportation management systems. Qualifications:

Experience : 2–3 years of experience in coordinating logistics and managing transportation systems.
Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge : Familiarity with local transportation regulations and routes.
Education : Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Expertise : Strong skills in Operations Management and Transportation Management.
Language Proficiency : Professional-level verbal and written communication skills in English.

Role and Responsibilities:

Supervise securing vehicles and handling all related claims.
Manage the buying and selling of company-owned vehicles.
Monitor the vehicle tracking system and report observations.
Oversee vehicle maintenance, periodic inspections, and approve necessary repairs.
Facilitate equipment importation and manage customs clearance and related processes.
Handle traffic-related transactions in coordination with the Public Relations Department representative.
Respond to and assess accidents, completing associated fieldwork.
Develop and implement administrative procedures to streamline operations.
Address any additional tasks that arise during work operations.
Receive vehicles from the maintenance supervisor for accident-related repairs and ensure their readiness.
