We have career opportunities for experienced project control managers, forming part of our Project Management Unit. Project controllers work with project managers to ensure a project stays within budget and gets delivered on time. These team members help identify areas of improvement for project operations by closely monitoring a project's progress. Role responsibilities

Be the single point of accountability for the project controls on selected projects
Work directly with senior project executives and ensure project continuity
Interact, direct and guide documentation, cost and schedule controllers
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
Support in winning new work orders through external tendering and building internal networks
Develop and continuously improve the work processes related to project controls

Role requirements

Education: Preferable bachelor in Engineering or building environment or business
Technical Skills: Need to be proficient in scheduling software, cost management software, and other tools commonly used in project management. Candidates should also have a good understanding of integration management, cost engineering, and risk management principles.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Certifications: Registration or eligibility to register with professional bodies would be an advantage
Qualification related to any project controls field of specialisation

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : The project controls manager must be able to analyze data, identify problems and develop solutions.
Strong Organizational Skills : The candidate must be able to keep track of multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, so it’s important to demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Strong Interpersonal Skills : The candidate needs to be able to work well in a team and to be able to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Being able to adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, or budget is essential for the role.
Detail-Oriented : The job requires attention to detail and accuracy to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
