Micah Solutions FZE is seeking a talented and resourceful Administrative Executive/Office Manager to join our dynamic client, a leading Advertising Agency in Dubai. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth workflows. Your organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks will be crucial in maintaining an efficient and productive working environment. Responsibilities:

  • Manage all office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations
  • Oversee administrative staff and ensure effective team collaboration
  • Prepare and manage office budgets, monitoring expenses and optimizing resources
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events for the executive team
  • Establish and maintain filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy access to information
  • Implement office policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity
  • Assist in project management and ensure timelines are met with high-quality output
  • Act as the point of contact for clients and resolve queries promptly and professionally
Requirements Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Office Manager, or similar role in an advertising or creative environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the advertising or marketing industry
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
