Responsibilities: Develop end-to-end sourcing strategies for all the open job positions, using various sources (recruiting website, referrals, on-site, etc.). Screen, filter, and shortlist candidates as well as manage interview schedules. Source and interview candidates, presenting qualified ones to hiring managers. Provide HR hiring advice to department heads to discuss their hiring needs, market conditions, and align on expectations. Ensure all candidate credentials and information are up-to-date in the HR system. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities. Ensure HR practices and candidate sourcing procedures comply with local employment regulations and MOM rules. Involve in local/regional HR projects when needed. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3 - 5 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably with experience in hiring for technology roles.
