Managing Editor - Independent Contractor

Northstar Travel Group looking for a full-time (35 hours a week) Canadian-based Managing Editor from the Toronto area to join our TravelPulse Canada team. Daily duties would include:

• Writing, assigning and posting content on the TPC website and in the daily newsletter.
• Working on features and interviews with longer lead times.
• Working with freelancers.
• Developing and maintaining industry sources and relationships. Coordinating with production and sales. Attending local industry events.
• Occasional travel to industry conferences and on press trips.
• And whatever else comes up!
