Job Description: Atriani is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Representative with a background in outbound sales and cold outreach. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the luxury furniture market and the ability to build strong relationships with high-end designers and industry professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Outreach
- Proactively identify and connect with high-end designers, architects, and design firms.
- Execute cold outreach strategies, including calls, emails, and in-person visits, to generate new leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
- Building Relationships
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with luxury design professionals.
- Understand the unique needs of high-end designers and offer tailored furniture solutions to meet their projects’ requirements.
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting and promoting Atriani's high-end furniture collections.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market presence and client base.
- Market Engagement
- Represent Atriani at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in the luxury interiors market.
- Collaboration and Feedback
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure clients’ needs are met with precision and excellence.
- Provide market insights to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project updates in CRM tools.
- Report regularly to management on sales performance and business development opportunities.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, and relationship-building in the luxury market.
- Background in high-end furniture sales or interior design is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for luxury furniture and design, with the ability to articulate the value of bespoke craftsmanship.
- Results-driven, with a strategic mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting systems.
