Canpar and Loomis Express, a recognized North American transportation and logistics leader is looking for Inside Sales Executive to join our Montreal team. The Inside Sales Executive conducts sales calls to meet customer needs, selling additional products and services, and following up with requests from managers. They will build relationships with key decision makers and advocates on behalf of customers. Conduct research on the competitive landscape and uses product knowledge to generate solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate would be experienced with performing pre-call tasks, including using automated sales tools to research customer businesses and account information to develop appropriate sales and pricing strategies. Moreover, they should be comfortable making cold calls to meet monthly sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities to equivalent of 10K weekly sales
- Responds to and resolves customer inquiries, complaints and issues
- Coordinates opportunities and strategies with other team members
- Maintains current knowledge of Canpar-Loomis products and services to develop appropriate sales solutions
- Manages existing account base of customers, for resolving customer issues and concerns
- Review customer shipping practices to ensure contractual compliance
- Determines customer discounts and drafts new contracts
- Educates customers on service channels to expedite issue resolution
- Delivers compelling value propositions to prospects and existing customers

- 3 – 5 years of experience in an Inside Sales/Sales role or similar
- Bilingualism in French is mandatory
- Excellent business acumen, (courier and/or supply chain management knowledge preferred), analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent software
- Business-to-business or business-to-consumer sales experience or Courier sales experience – An asset
- University degree or College diploma in business or a related field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication & probing skills, and a high aptitude for follow-up
