1. Degree in Occupational Therapy or Behaviour Therapy.
2. Experience in working with Persons With Disabilities (PWD), preferably in a training environment.
3. Experience in a similar job preferred but fresh graduates will be considered.

Main Responsibilities

1. Join a team of qualified and experienced trainers in our Vocational Training Programme for PWD.
2. Carry out assessment training and rehabilitative services for PWD enrolled in our Vocational Training Centre.
3. Able to use standardised, systematic and valid tools to assess capabilities of PWD.
4. Plan and implement specific intervention training in vocational skills.
5. Implement adaptive aids to assist PWD in a work environment and daily life.
