New Zealand (Hybrid) As a Solution Consultant for OneNZ & PI, you will be the CNS **Customer Solution Lead** for the account. You will act as a trusted advisor and technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and providing thought leadership on the CNS portfolio. The role requires a seasoned architect with deep domain knowledge, strong customer engagement skills, and an ability to orchestrate complex, multi-domain solutions to address customer needs and strategic objectives.**KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE*** **Experience**:+ 15+ years of experience in telecommunications, with a strong focus on CNS Core Application domains.+ Proven track record in designing and delivering complex, multi-domain solutions for telco operators.* **Skills**:+ Exceptional domain knowledge in at least two or more OSS, Mobile Voice/Data Core, AIOps, Security and autonomous operations.+ Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to map customer challenges to Nokia’s solutions.+ Outstanding stakeholder engagement and consultative selling skills.* **Technical Expertise**:+ Familiarity with telco infrastructure, including assurance, service quality, inventory, and fulfillment solutions.+ Proficiency in cloud-native architectures, AIOps, and automation frameworks.* **Other Requirements**:+ Having strong stakeholder relationships with the operator community in the account will be an added advantage.+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.+ Ability to travel within the region as needed.**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*** **Pipeline & Order Intake (OI)**: Drive growth in assigned customer segments.* **Solution Quality**: Deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions.* **Customer Satisfaction**: Achieve measurable improvements in customer engagement and satisfaction.* Work with cutting-edge technologies in OSS, Core, Security and Cloud solutions.* Collaborate with global experts to shape the future of telecommunications.* Influence strategic deals and make a significant impact on key customer accounts.Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
