Business Analyst

Role : Business Analyst - CEO's Office Location : Head Office, Nagpur. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to join us as Business Analyst in the office of the Managing Director & CEO of our company, headquartered at Nagpur. In this role, you will work closely with the MD & CEO and other senior executives to provide critical business analysis, strategic insights, and decision-making support. You will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and delivering actionable recommendations and executing upon the same to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional analytical and communication skills. Deliverables : Business Research and Analysis

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Data management and analysis on Revenue, Cost, Margins, Market Share, ROI and Customer Experience,
• Effective data representation through dashboarding and other tools.

Performance Analysis

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational data.

Stakeholder Communication

• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement across different departments and functions.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with various departments

Skills Required:

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Work independently under minimal direction with a strong professional work ethic.
• Data driven, flair for numbers.
• Excellent proficiency in MS-Office and Google Docs.
• Hungry for knowledge along with a growth mind-set that will constantly think about revenue, cost, margins, market share, ROI, process improvement, systems and customer experience.
• Excellent team player with ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Proactive and detail-orientated with exceptional analytical skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional environments with senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• B.E/B.Tech, CA, MBA.
• 0-2 years of previous work experience.
