This position demands a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic and customer-centric environment. Job Responsibilities :
- Billing Management :
- Generate accurate and timely invoices for corporate clients based on contractual agreements and service usage.
- Monitor billing cycles, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company billing policies.
- Handle billing inquiries from corporate clients and provide efficient and courteous resolution.
- Coordination and Communication :
- Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support teams to streamline communication and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as a liaison between corporate clients and internal departments to address service-related issues and facilitate prompt resolutions.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contract Compliance :
- Ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions in billing processes and client interactions.
- Collaborate with legal and sales teams to review and update service contracts, as needed.
- Monitor contract renewals and proactively communicate with clients to ensure continuous service.
- Reporting and Analysis :
- Generate regular reports on billing performance, revenue collection, and outstanding payments.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance billing processes and efficiency.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as their primary point of contact for billing and coordination matters.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and align services accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in billing, coordination, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP industry.
- Strong understanding of billing processes and contract management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with billing software and CRM systems is a plus.
