Project Engineer (Civil) - Job Description   ISOL Consultants is looking to hire a Civil Engineer as Project Engineer. The position is based out of Hyderabad. The person should be self-motivated with an eye for details. The desirable traits in the applicant are analytical thinking and the ability to work under tight time schedules.   Job Profile: The job involves the following activities:  

• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success.
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines.
• Processes owner for billings and project related issues.
• Main area of work will be various ongoing Projects Coordination.
• To study & understand structural / architectural drawings and to prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQs).
• To work on AutoCAD Drafting, etc.
• To have fair understanding of site building civil /plumbing/electrical works execution and accordingly to guide the Client/Contractor for all execution issues.
• Coordinating for surveys and studies.
• Knowledge on plumbing is desirable.
• Coordinating with sub-consultants for structural / Electrical drawings.
• Bills coordination with the Government Departments for early realization of bills.
• Coordinating with Contractors, Vendors, etc., & Site Inspections for various Projects as per project requirements.

  The candidate needs to reorient himself/herself to work on assignments different from the activities as detailed here above as per Firm requirements.  

• Educational Qualifications: BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering. However, persons having Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Engineering with BE/B Tech will be preferred. To have proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & knowledge on 3D will be an added advantage) and any other software of relevance. Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards is essential.

Project Experience: 3-5 years of experience in residential / commercial / mixed use projects. To have hands on construction of works (at site level) experience including Civil, Structural & MEP with fair knowledge on materials, specifications & rates. Hands on experience roads design (knowledge of Civil 3D software, or any other related software) will be an added advantage.   Remuneration: Negotiable and based on one’s qualification and experience.   ISOL Consultants Profile:

  Profile of the Managing Partner:

• Pavan Palle, has more than 30 years of experience in varied fields – Public Procurement, Project Planning & Transaction Advisory Services in Urban Infra Projects, Highway Projects Development & operations and Project Financing. 

• Rich experience of working with Reliance Infrastructure Limited (in its Project Finance and Road Project Divisions) where he was AVP and Ramky Infrastructure Limited in its Transportation Division and in State Bank of India, the Country’s Premier Bank.

• He worked on many big Road, Power and Metro Projects’ development & Project Financing; and has excellent insights into Project viability and Project Development.

• He has conceptualized and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Road Project Operations & worked on various Revenue Assurance/Enhancement measures while he was the Head of revenue Assurance Department in Reliance Infrastructure’s Road Division.

• He has set up Highway Traffic Management System (HTMS) & Toll Management System (TMS) and established toll operations in Narketpally-Addanti-Medarmetla State Highway Project during his stay at Ramky Infra.

• He is an Alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad. He did his one-year Post Graduation Program (PGP-PMP) from IIM A and is a B Tech (Civil).
