Junior Executive HR - Generalist Operations (1 to 3 yrs work Experience) - Immediate Joiner Location: Jaipur Company: Islie by Priya Jain Pay: 18,000 - 22,000 Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing and improving our human resources processes while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in various HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer roll-out.
- Employee Onboarding, Induction, and Orientation: Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees by coordinating orientation programs and ensuring completion of documentation. Conduct induction sessions to familiarize employees with company policies, culture, and expectations.
- Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee employee life cycle processes, including confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Payroll and HR Operations: Coordinate payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies. Manage employee benefits, attendance, and leave records efficiently. Handle exit interviews, resignation processes, and full-and-final settlements with empathy and professionalism.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation and execution of performance appraisal processes. Provide guidance on goal-setting, performance reviews, and constructive feedback.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including timely filing of statutory returns. Act as the point of contact for audits and inspections.
- Rewards and Recognition Programs: Design and implement employee rewards and recognition initiatives to boost engagement and morale.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events and wellness programs. Serve as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing their concerns and fostering open communication.
