We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team at Corporate. The TA Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of roles within our hospital, ensuring that staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the healthcare industry, and be passionate about helping us build a skilled and compassionate workforce to provide exceptional care to our patients. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Staffing: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding, for various hospital positions (non-clinical). - Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies. - Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, career fairs, and employee referrals. - Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present a shortlist of the most suitable candidates to the hiring managers. - Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Candidate Pipeline Management: - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both current and future staffing needs. - Conduct talent market research to identify and engage passive candidates. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: - Collaborate with HR teams, department managers and external agencies to fulfill recruitment needs efficiently. - Participate in workforce planning sessions and assist with developing recruitment strategies for long-term talent needs. - Advise hiring managers on best practices, compliance, and interview techniques. Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing: - Promote the hospital as an employer of choice by highlighting the benefits, culture, and career opportunities within the organization. - Participate in community and professional events, career fairs, and other outreach programs to attract potential candidates. Compliance and Documentation: - Ensure recruitment processes comply with all hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and relevant labor laws. - Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, tracking metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other KPIs. Onboarding and Integration: - Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions into the hospital workforce. - Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. Qualifications: - Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Experience: - Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry. - Strong understanding of healthcare roles (non-clinical) and industry-specific qualifications. - Proven ability to source and recruit for a variety of positions within a healthcare setting. - Skills and Competencies: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulatory requirements, and labor laws. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges. Preferred Attributes: - Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable. - Strong network within the healthcare industry.
