Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for CaratLane's Franchisee Store in Ajmer. The Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, maintaining excellent customer service, effective communication between team and company,, store management, and retail loss prevention. Qualifications

• Experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Lead and support the team to achieve monthly targets
• Inventory management
• Be instument in closing deals with customers and Address customer escalations
• Monitor and ensure proper training of Staff
• Organise and drive BTL activities
• Take adequate steps to increase sales and improve customer experience
