- Job Timings: US Shift ( 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM/7:30 - 4:30AM)
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the US market within the staffing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Proven track record of 4+ years in business development and sales within the US staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment and staffing process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
