Junior Credit Analyst – Cape Town

One of clients a leading Commercial Finance Corporation is urgently looking to appoint a Junior Credit Analyst for their Office in Tygerberg, Cape Town.

• Credit risk assessments.
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, bank statements, debtors, creditors analysis, scorecards and other data sources.
• Analysis and reporting of monthly production numbers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years experience in commercial credit environment
• Proficiency in financial analysis, credit scoring models, and accounting software.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and make sound credit decisions
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing credit limits and assessing risk.
• Understanding of the company’s industry sector and market trends affecting credit risk.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a Team
