Job Responsibilities: Work in Global Supply Chain organization, to support various SCM functions including demand management, S&OP process, warehouse and distribution operation. Handle Order to Cash process throughout the Company's network. Perform daily operation activities in purchase order, sales order and delivery management including, for example, release replenishment PO to the China factory, accept customer orders, release SO and packing list to customers, arrange delivery routing. Handle shipping documents, work with agents, forwarders, shipping lines and authorities, to ensure goods are properly cleared through customs and stocked in the Company's warehouse. Adhere to the policy and follow the SOPs defined by HQ and Supervisors. Maintain system data correctly and timely. Requirements: Diploma / Certificate in Supply Chain or Business Administration. Minimum 1 year working experience in SCM, logistics operation, or customer service. Preferably experience in MNC or manufacturing. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc. Able to work independently, committed, and communicate well with SCM professionals, customers, shipping companies, and overseas offices.
