Salary: Up to $4.5K Location: Yishun Job Scope: Efficiently manage HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and implementing necessary changes. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, exit, and retention strategies. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Process payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Contribute to training and development programs. Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues. Prepare reports to support decision-making. Coordinate employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture. Support the administration of employee benefits such as insurance and retirement plans. Assist in yearly budgeting and performance management exercises. Job Requirement: Minimum Diploma / Degree in any relevant field. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR, with the ability to perform payroll. Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
