Responsibilities Determine training needs by reviewing the company's present activities and future plans. Develop & deliver training plans according to the pre-determined training needs (Technical, Non-Technical & Product). Organize and conduct customer-centric programs. Update and prepare all training literature and manuals according to guidelines. Purchase & maintain all training equipment and assets. Conduct ICT Service Technician and ICT Senior Technician training. Conduct HVT Training and Certifications to reduce TMD in RTC. Collaborate with inter-departments to develop & deliver training to cover gaps in processes and procedures. Handle other ad-hoc training, events & needs (e.g., OBU installation training, technical campaign sharing, Technical Skills Competition, ICT Graduation Ceremony, Retail Standards Audit, Customer Care Event, etc.). Monitor & ensure staff development and progress in certification within the stipulated period of 18 months. Perform any ad-hoc training administration duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Diploma / Degree in any engineering discipline Having attained ACTA/ACLP or 3-5 years of technical training experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage Exposure to technical training in continental brands Proficient in MS Office Working Hours: Mon 8:30 am - 6:30 pm, Tue-Fri 8:30 am - 6:15 pm All successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
