We are seeking an experienced Die Cut Machine Operator to join our team. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain roll die-cut machines used in the production of paper cups.
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and adjustments for optimal performance.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production.
- Conduct routine maintenance and coordinate repairs to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
- Record production data and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience operating roll die-cut machines for paper products.
- Strong technical understanding of die-cutting processes and machine mechanics.
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 8 hours job
- 6 days a week
