Role Overview: Provide expert-level consulting and support for Huawei DPI/PCRF networks and products, focusing on troubleshooting, design, quality control, and advanced operations. Service delivery is attendance-based without specific KPI/SLA requirements. Key Responsibilities: Advanced Troubleshooting: On-site resolution of complex network issues related to DPI/PCRF operations. Design Review: Analyze and provide feedback on network design documents. Consulting & Planning: Assist in network planning and quality control for DPI implementations. Health Checks: Conduct routine advanced health checks to ensure network stability. Knowledge Transfer: Provide on-site product knowledge transfer to enhance operational expertise. Escalation Management: Monitor and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues. Skills Required Skills & Qualifications: HCIE-Datacom Certification is mandatory. Expertise in DPI technology and applications (traffic classification, QoS, application control). Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, SSL, DNS, BGP, OSPF, MPLS). Familiarity with DPI platforms and tools (Wireshark, NetFlow, packet analyzers). Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Shell) is an advantage. Proven background in network operations for DPI/PCRF environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
