Premium Solutions Consultancy Khafji, Eastern, Saudi Arabia Hiring for our client in KSA: Match Instructor
Responsibilities
- Teaching Mathematics curriculum to the trainees
- Working with other team members to prepare resources for the mathematics program including, but not limited to, revision materials, test question banks, or other remedial resources
- Monitoring student progress and analyzing test results to address weak areas
- Conducting remedial and/or make-up lessons
- Marking and invigilating exams
- Substituting for other faculty members in cases of absence
- Following and encouraging trainees to adhere to the rules and regulations
- Preparing lesson plans and following prescribed pacing schedules for curriculum
- Attending team meetings as required
Requirements
- BA or BSc in Mathematics
- IELTS Band 6 or TOEFL 550 or equivalent
- 3 years in a teaching role, preferably in a vocational or higher education institution
- Experience in a technical context is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to help others and meet staff and student needs while following directions
- Initiative: Seeks to learn and recognizes work procedures and policies
- Reliability and independence
- Utilizes and collaborates with SPSP departments (e.g., operations, support services, student affairs)
- Exhibits effective email communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Punctuality and maintaining a professional attitude, behavior, and appearance
- Desire to remain up to date on trends and best practices in the industry and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development
- Exhibits proper business conduct, integrity, and work ethics in handling sensitive assessment materials and trainee data
Benefits
- Salary package: SAR 9,000 (including accommodation and transportation)
- Contract Status: Single
- Contract Duration: One year
- Tickets: One round trip ticket provided
- Work days & hours: 5 days per week & 8 hours per day
- A business visa will be provided
