Who we are: Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries. We are seeking a talented , professional and Arabic Speaker HR Analyst to join our team . Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (e.g., employee turnover, absenteeism, and compensation trends) to provide actionable insights.
Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and metrics to support management decisions.
Evaluate salary structures and benefit programs to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with department heads and line managers to forecast staffing needs, identify talent gaps, and support workforce planning.
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies, succession planning, and resource allocation.
Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.
Analyze employee engagement survey results and recommend initiatives to boost satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems, including KPI tracking.
Assist in designing and executing talent development programs, such as leadership development and succession planning.
Identify skills gaps and collaborate with Learning & Development teams to implement tailored training solutions.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR analytics or a similar role.
Languages: Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Preferred Traits: Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
