1. Initiate leads in key sales channels and support marketing initiatives.
2. Provide strategic direction and support to the Sales and Marketing activities.
3. Support incremental product growth through various sales channels.
4. Ensure that the team supports departmental objectives and achieves targets.
5. Support the team in project execution and development, facilitating them to achieve set targets and deadlines.
6. Conduct regular feedback surveys with clients to analyze their requirements in-depth and drive/monitor customer satisfaction, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
7. Support the development of new products from the existing product line.
8. Identify potential partnering opportunities.
9. Build relationships to foster sales networking opportunities.
10. Support the Team Leader (Sales) and Marketing in all team-building activities.
11. Maintain sales reports on a weekly basis.
