Senior Embedded Linux Software Engineer An industry leading technology developer has raised an immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Embedded Linux Software Engineer to join their multi-award winning R&D team. In this role you’ll develop highly performant Embedded Linux systems for new products and enhancements for a global client base. The successful candidate will be experienced and able to innovate and deliver in a fast paced and busy environment, and enjoy working on leading edge embedded systems. Responsibilities for the role of Senior Embedded Linux Software Engineer will include:

• Design and test device driver and application specific software on Linux systems.
• Debugging of system level issues and collaboration with other engineering disciplines.
• Board bring up and evaluation of various SoC Hardware.

As the selected Senior Embedded Linux Software Engineer, your skills and experience should include:

• C and C++ programming for Embedded Linux.
• Device Driver development.
• Linux build processes, deployment and testing.

Desirable skills/skills you can develop within the role:

• Knowledge of PCIe.
• Multi Core ARM processors.
• Communication protocols.
