About the Role + What You’ll Be Doing As our Founding CTO, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the technical strategy and execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic planning with hands-on development as you build and scale our product. Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the end-to-end technology vision and roadmap. Build and scale our MVP, using PHP, React, and AWS, while laying the foundation for future iterations. Lead and grow the engineering team (currently two skilled engineers). Design system architecture that supports a scalable and secure platform. Collaborate with the CEO and founding team on company strategy and growth. Solve complex technical challenges, balancing innovation with speed and scalability. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer in a startup or high-growth company. Expertise in PHP, React, AWS, and scaling Saa S or enterprise platforms. Strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and scalability. A passion for building products and leading teams, with hands-on coding experience. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. A startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity. Bonus Points for: Experience working with enterprise clients or in B2 B environments. Previous experience scaling a tech team and product from early stages to growth. Why Join Us?
