Telesales Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at TwentyFour IT Services Ltd in Doncaster. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote IT support and services. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, providing information about services, and updating CRM with key business information Qualifications

• Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
• Customer Support and Training experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in telesales or similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of IT and technology services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must have experience in Telesales and held such a role for a number of years
• Ideally suite a home worker (can be office based) with hours to suite - minimum of 20 hours per week
