Staff Digital Web Tracking Specialist, CX & Digital Intelligence

Job Description Your Mission The Global Analytics & Data Products Team is building a best-in-class CX and Digital Intelligence team in support of Stellantis’ new Software Group. Reporting to the Global CX and Digital Intelligence Director within Stellantis' new Software department, you will be responsible for the various applications of the group's brands as well as the associated websites. As a Technical Web Analyst & Tracking Specialist, working in pair with a second tracking specialist and in close collaboration with the web analysts, your mission is to work alongside our product and software development partners to bring science to decision making, by ensuring the better tracking possible in our App/Web but also all the best-in-class configurations and tools integrations to unlock the maximum of capabilities of our data and tools Tracking Specification and implementation:
- Understanding of Product, Marketing, Business and analytics needs with the ability of translating business requirements to technical specifications
- Collaborate with our partner agency to ensure the quality of the tracking implemented and challenge the proposals
- Tagging specifications and documentation creation
- Ensure the best tracking specification and implementation for our CRO/AB test/personalization activities
- Ensure the data quality monitoring and a shareable data
- Ensure the reliability and accuracy of mobile app tracking and associated websites for our brands (Firebase Debugview, Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Adswerve and other tools...)
- Detect and limit data regressions and Alert creation
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that updates to the application and websites do not compromise the quality of tracking
- GA4 advanced configuration and reporting expert usage; data imports and custom dimensions creation...etc
- Firebase advanced configuration. Highly appreciable knowledge of tools like Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, AB testing Firebase
- Google Tag Manager advanced usage : tags, variables and triggers configuration
- Deep understanding of GA4, Firebase APIs and Big Query data modeling
- Google Cloud Plateform and BigQuery : Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics and other data sources integration (CRM, Google CM360, Social plateformes, offline data...etc) for reporting and ad-hoc analysis generation
- CRO reporting enrichment with Google Analytics data; Integration of Dynamic Yield and firebase campaign dimensions
- Understanding of Customer Data Platform (Treasure) projects and tools
- Power BI mastering
- Ability of priorization of tagging implementation by taking in account top priorities of product team, the workload for agency and dev team
- Manage and optimize tracking tools practices in collaboration with the agency to ensure a clear understanding of app and site performance
- Team workshops organization and animation to find the best ways of data collection
- Communicate and give visibility for the team on tagging implementation
- At least 6 years of experience in web and mainly mobile tracking
- Strong understanding of tracking tools such as GTM, GA4, Firebase, Big Query
- Strong understanding on CRO tracking : Firebase, Dynamic Yield.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate clear insights to a variety of stakeholders
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies or mobile app development teams and web
- Ability to work independently and make informed follow-up decisions
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in mobile and web tracking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively problem solve
