Compliance Officer

Our client, a global hedge fund is now seeking to bring onboard a Compliance Officer to join their Singapore team. You will be part of a global team and will have exposure to different regulatory regimes but with Singapore as the primary focus. Key Responsibilities: A subject matter expert on MAS regulations and policies. Advise management and employees on compliance matters and keep informed about regulatory developments. Review, draft licensing applications, regulatory filings/notifications, manuals, and policies/procedures. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in asset management or relevant fields. Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
