Reporting to the General Manager People Experience , the People Partner will work with their peers in the Leadership Group to anticipate business needs and opportunities and provide expert strategic advice and coaching, so people-centred solutions and plans are in place to develop the organisation. This role will be preferably based from our Sydney office in Alexandria; however, with national reach and travel necessary, we welcome the right candidate to apply from either Perth, Melbourne, or Brisbane. About this Role First things first, as a growing business we have some remaining foundations to build out our people framework in 2025. We’re looking for someone with appropriate experience and passion to work alongside the GM on key people projects whilst becoming a Brew Hubber themselves. They will need to bring their consultation, change, and project management skills to: Develop performance management systems and processes to clarify expectations, enhance effectiveness and efficiency, and strive for mastery in all that we do. Lead the design and implementation of learning solutions for internal capability development so we can grow forward sustainably . Including managing two training team members. Design a rewards and recognition program that promotes a performance culture, and advocates for and ensures inclusion and fairness. The Accountabilities are: Foster strategic partnerships with leaders and people managers to build effective people plans Lead the training team and identify learning and development opportunities to support growth Coach and advise on employee relations matters, performance management, and develop company policies Analyse & advise on work process optimisation and job design to optimise efficiency, plan for growth, and reduce psychosocial risk in our workforce plan Lead the development of succession plans by facilitating assessment and identification of talent to create opportunities companywide Analyse engagement metrics to identify trends and develop solutions to create a connected and thriving workforce Guide managers in the use of compensation and benefits programs to promote accountability and reward for performance About You, you have: Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar People Partner role with HR degree or equivalent Hospitality or customer service background preferably to match our culture Learning & development background to prepare for change and grow internal capability Commercial acumen and confidence to build relationships with stakeholders of all levels Curiosity for continuous improvement, you are a lifetime learner, with a values-driven leadership style Ability to develop and coach leaders and teach them to do the same Drive for diverse, inclusive, safe workplaces where people can reach their potential ER & FWA knowledge with technical savvy to enhance your guidance and communication Flexibility to travel to different states as you deem necessary Passion for coffee, culture, and building people and teams Benefits, Perks and Rewards for You Be a part of a values-driven national team with a clear strategic direction and an active growth plan across Australia.
