Head Branch Banking Operations

We are seeking a results-driven leader to manage and enhance comprehensive banking operations, ensuring excellence in compliance, efficiency, and service delivery. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and promoting innovation across the network. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence: AI & BI Integration in operations, Lead the deployment of robotics process automation (RPA), Utilize BI tools to analyze branch performance, customer behaviors and operational inefficiencies. Strengthen internal controls and ensure effective implementation of banking policies to achieve operational excellence.
2. Tracking & Monitoring: Oversee branch operations through detailed performance tracking and implement corrective measures as needed.
3. Resource Planning & Training: Build and develop teams by conducting training programs, addressing skill gaps, and implementing SMART goals.
4. Compliance, Risk & Audit Management: Mitigate operational risk, identify potential AML/KYC compliance issues. Ensure timely resolution of audit findings, maintain satisfactory ratings, and enhance internal controls.
5. Fraud Prevention & Service Quality: Promote a culture of compliance, deter fraud risks, and enforce service quality guidelines for superior customer experiences.
6. Digital Banking Operations: Lead digital banking initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of emerging technologies and guiding customers in adopting digital channels.
7. Centralized Operations: Oversee centralized banking processes, including deposit rate updates, data management, and clearing operations.
