Position: Marketing Virtual Assistant Location: (On-Site) Indore, Madhya Pradesh Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) with a strong background in digital marketing and experience using Go High Level (GHL) and ClickUp . The ideal candidate will assist in executing, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, organizing projects, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day marketing operations. This is a dynamic role for a tech-savvy individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns in Go High Level , including email campaigns, landing pages, and automations.
- Use ClickUp to track and manage marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media, email marketing, and other channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and analytics reports.
- Research market trends and competitors to support marketing strategy improvements.
- Maintain and update marketing assets, ensuring branding consistency across all platforms.
- Support lead generation efforts, including managing CRM data and workflows in Go High Level.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure marketing goals are met.
- Proven 2-4 yrs of experience as a Marketing VA or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Go High Level for marketing automations, CRM management, and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with ClickUp for project and task management.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including email marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of analytics and the ability to interpret data for campaign optimization.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
