Job Description

1. Formulation Development: Develop and formulate new chemical products for oil and detergent applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 2. Product Testing: Conduct testing and analysis of chemical products to ensure quality, efficacy, and safety. 3. Process Optimization: Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. 4. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders, addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues. 5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as REACH, GHS, and OSHA. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to develop and implement business strategies. 7. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree: In Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in chemical formulation, product development, or a related field. 3. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the oil and detergent industries, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. 4. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in laboratory testing and analysis. 5.
